Working With Neurodivergent Co-Workers: Autism and ADHD in the workplace. A webinar by David Gray-Hammond with Helen Edgar of Autistic Realms.

About the webinar

Neurodiversity in the workplace, from people who live it

Many neurodivergent people find work hard not because of the job itself, but because of how workplaces are set up and how colleagues respond to them. This webinar talks through neurodivergent experience, with a focus on Autistic and ADHD people, and looks at how you can work alongside your neurodivergent co-workers in a way that is inclusive and productive and makes work as accessible as possible.

It is led by Autistic people, rooted in lived experience and the neurodiversity paradigm, and grounded in research. It was recorded live on Zoom, and the last part is an open discussion between David and Helen.
