Good to know before you buy

Can I cancel a monthly or yearly plan?

The monthly plan has a minimum of 6 monthly payments, so it can be cancelled once the 6th payment has been made. The yearly plan can be cancelled at any time, to stop the next renewal. Email enquiries@neurohubcommunity.org and we will stop the renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

What if I stop paying or a payment fails?

When a subscription ends, access to both courses ends with it. Your progress is kept, so if you come back later you can carry on where you left off.

Can I get a refund?

The courses start immediately, so at checkout you agree that you give up your 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your legal rights if something is faulty or not as described. Please read our terms and refunds before you pay.

Do I already own one of the courses?

Email enquiries@neurohubcommunity.org before you buy and we will help you work out the best option.

Is this medical or therapeutic advice?

No. The courses are educational and peer-informed. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or crisis support. Each course lists helplines if you need them.
